Terms & Conditions — 7rrr Platform Rules

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 7rrr platform (accessible at 7rrr.biz and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof, collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease your use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account. 7rrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. We will endeavour to notify registered account holders of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use the services offered by 7rrr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 7rrr strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by anyone under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, and participation in any gambling or betting activity on the Platform is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a professional sportsperson, referee, official, or team employee in any sport on which 7rrr offers betting markets, in circumstances where betting on that sport would be prohibited under applicable rules.
• You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, a self-excluded account on 7rrr or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 7rrr or any affiliated entity, nor are you a close family member of any such person.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 7rrr reserves the right to require identity verification documentation — including a government-issued CNIC or passport — at any stage of your account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals.

You are permitted to hold one account only on the 7rrr Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7rrr reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all bonus amounts and bonus-derived winnings, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7rrr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. 7rrr is not liable for any losses you may sustain as a result of another person accessing your account, whether with or without your knowledge, except where such access is demonstrably the direct result of 7rrr's own negligence.

You must notify 7rrr's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity within, your account. 7rrr will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to protect your funds. You should change your password immediately in any such circumstance.

7rrr recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from their account security settings. 7rrr will never contact you by phone, email, or chat to request your full password or 2FA code. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

7rrr supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal activity.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account's cashier section. 7rrr does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to verification requirements. 7rrr processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

7rrr reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

• Deposits made using bonus-funded balances are not eligible for direct withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit attempts will result in immediate account suspension.
• 7rrr reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the player's payment method if suspicious activity is detected.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt on-chain.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7rrr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Abuse and Fraud: 7rrr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void all associated winnings if it reasonably believes that a bonus has been claimed or used in a fraudulent manner, including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting strategies, or the exploitation of system errors.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 7rrr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited and being actively wagered by players.

6. Betting Rules and Sports Wagering

All sports bets placed on 7rrr are subject to the following general rules. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules apply and are available within the sportsbook interface.

• Bets are accepted entirely at 7rrr's discretion. 7rrr reserves the right to refuse any bet or to limit the stake amount accepted from any player.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a Bet ID is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly made available and exercised prior to event completion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (also referred to as a "palpable error"), 7rrr reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the event has already concluded.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. 7rrr is not responsible for delays in live data feeds and bears no liability for bets placed based on information that was outdated at the time of placement.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with 7rrr's event-specific rules published in the sportsbook terms section.
• PSL and international cricket markets are governed by the official match results published by the relevant cricket board. Results based on DLS method are treated as official for settlement purposes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the relevant market interface.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on the 7rrr Platform — including slot games, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party certified game providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and live dealer games are operated from regulated studios.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG games are certified by independent testing laboratories. This information is available within each game's individual information panel. 7rrr does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any individual spin, hand, or round.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any casino game, all affected bets or rounds will be voided and any stakes placed during the malfunction will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid and will be removed from the account balance.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7rrr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one account, or creating an account using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system feature for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7rrr staff, agents, or other users.
• Allowing or facilitating underage individuals to access your account or use the Platform in any capacity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to mask your true location.

9. Responsible Gaming

7rrr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players, particularly within our Pakistani player community. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without closing your account permanently.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7rrr Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of 7rrr or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 7rrr. Unauthorised use of 7rrr's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7rrr and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

7rrr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7rrr account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7rrr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. 7rrr will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance where feasible.

13. Termination and Suspension

7rrr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, irregular betting patterns, money laundering concerns, or failure to complete identity verification. In the event of termination for cause, 7rrr may withhold account balances pending investigation and legal review.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements being met.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7rrr holds its international operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in that jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7rrr from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

15. Amendments to These Terms

7rrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7rrr will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where reasonably practicable, registered account holders will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
